Valentine’s Day Activity

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I wanted to put out a fun activity for kids. If your little one is anything like mine, they will love these fun activities (and learn at the same time).

Shape Matching Activity:

Help these Valentine’s Day monsters make it to the playground for some fun. Print both pages linked below.

I typically will laminate both pages and add Velcro dots for my son to be able to stick the monsters in place. Both are not necessary though.

Cut out the monsters on page 1 and let your little have fun matching up the shapes.

Make a Monster Handwriting Activity:

Help build a Valentine’s Day Monster by writing out each Valentine’s Day word to win the Monster Pieces. My son has so much fun with this activity and makes it into a very interesting game for us to play along to.

Print out all 4 pages linked below.

I typically will laminate pages 2-4. This is not necessary, but it can help to reuse the writing page with dry erase markers.

Cut out the monster pieces on page 3 and 4.

Let your little start writing the words to put together the monster!

Practice Cutting Activity:

-Get Cupid to the bow and arrow

-Help the teddy bear find the rest of his balloons

Print out the page below and let your little start cutting!
